Description | Petition of John Buck, watchmaker, complaining that Ralph Hulton, pretending to have been an apprentice to Mr. Thomas Wright, has set up in trade as a watchmaker in the City, paying a yearly sum to Mr. Wright, though neither free of the City or Company. He asks that he may have leave to bring an action in the name of the Mayor and Citizens to suppress Ralphe Hulton and recover damages. Note: that he was to take nothing by his petition. |
