It was to continue enclosed and the freemen and widows were to have the benefit of it upon a reasonable allowance - to pay 2s. 6d. for every horse and 18d. a cow, to be paid to the Treasurers, etc. from 1st May to 10th March. [Endorsed]. 3rd September '74 this petition was read again. Note of voting. It was to remain enclosed. Freemen only were to have liberty of common there gratis, provided they open it and put the City to no charge. |
