DescriptionPetition of Raph Bingley, that for some years he was tenant to the City of the salt grass under the improved rent of 20s. p.a. but could benefit little as it was for the most part covered with water, since the reduction of which, Mr. George Wilson (since deceased) pretended a title. He asks for a lease of the salt grass. Note: that he might hold it for a year, paying 30s. rent at Michaelmas next.
