Description	These deeds refer to property at Water Tower Street, originally a malt kiln, described as workshops from c. 1883 and leased as a Rifle Range by the Chester Civilian Association from c. 1915. The building was let to the Boy Scouts Association in 1923 and to the Blue Coat School, as an athletic club and gymnasium, in 1931.
