Administrative History	This school was opened in 1910 to replace Boughton British Schools which closed the same year. Originally organised as three schools, the girls' and boys' were amalgamated in 1958, but the infants' remained separate. In 1972, it became Cherry Grove First School, later amalgamating with Cherry Grove County Primary.
