Administrative History	The school opened in Blacon Point Road on 25 April 1966 with four classes transferred from Dee Point Junior School. Reorganised as a first school in September 1970, the school reverted to the title of Infant School in September 1984. The Dee Point Infant and Junior Schools amalgamated on 1 September 1987 to form Dee Point County Primary School.
