Description	Managed by Henry Gibson, shipbuilder of Northwich. until June 1883. After this date, business was conducted by Astle and Roberts, though prior to that they were in correspondence and signing cheques for the business. The Boatworks appears to have closed down by the mid 1880s. Astle and Roberts may therefore have been receivers. List in binder.
