| Title | WILL & PROBATE (2. Sept. 1818) of Mary Withinshaw of Sidway Hall, par. Mare (Co. Staff.), spinster; whereby after payment of debts and funeral expences, she makes bequests to Robert Withinshaw, son of her brother Thomas Withinshaw, Mary Withinshaw, James, Thomas, Sarah and Ann Withinshaw, sons and daughters of her said brother, Sarah Masheder, daughter of her niece Hannah Masheder, and others; directs that the residue of her estate and effects be put out at interest by her executors during the lives of her brother Thomas Withinshaw and Sarah his wife, who are to have £8 a year paid to them out of the interest, and at the deaths of either of them the longest liver to receive and at the decease of both her money is to be called in and divided equally amongst her nephews and nieces, viz. John Withinshaw, James Withinshaw, Thomas Withinshaw and Robert Withinshaw, Hannah Masheder, Mary Withinshaw, Sarah Withinshaw, and Ann Withinshaw; nominates her nephews John Withinshaw and James Withinshaw her executors, and her kinsman Joseph Masheder of Woore and Samuel Chadwick of Willowbridge Lodge, trustees.
