Sir Thomas Broughton out of monies which have arisen from the sale of hereditaments and premises in Minshull Vernon, Haughton, Monks Coppenhall, Woolston Wood and Coole Pilate --- a messuage or tenements in GONSLEY GREEN in the Township of BLAKENHALL and closes there (named), cntng. together 83 acres 1 rood 20 perches, which the said Sir Thomas Broughton purchased from John Plant, Blest Hatherton and Sarah his wife, Thomas Steele and Martha his wife, Thomas Forde and Ann his wife, Richard Timmis and Mary his wife and Robert Timmis and Elizabeth his wife; to hold to the uses of the Indenture of 12.
