Shropshire), Esq. 6) Robert Hill of Hough, clerk; whereby the sd. Sir Thomas Broughton releases to sd. Other Earl of Plymouth and John Hill --- messuages, tenements or farms at CHECKLEY, par. Wybunbury, now/late in the occupation of Thomas Whittaker, Thomas Roe and Thomas Clarke, with closes (named), and a messuage or dwelling house in BUERTON near a place there called Longhill, now in the holding of Richard Ashley, with a close at/near Longhill aforesaid, also now in the holding of the said Richard Ashley; to hold to the uses of the Indenture of 12. Aug. 1788 (above DDB/C/6 & 7); and the sd. James Kennedy by direction of the sd. Sir Thomas Broughton and James Smith by the appointment of the sd. Other Earl of Plymouth and John Hill assigns to the sd. Robert Hill the residue of a term of 1,000 years in the sd. premises in trust to attend the freehold and inheritance. Cons. £2,596-10.
