Elizabeth Rhodes Hill are devisees of the Trust estates vested in the sd. Sir John Hill at the time of his decease --- closes in WESTON called the Clay Hill, The Town Field, the Hough Flat, the Ham as now including the Moss Meadow, the Further Acres, the Middle Acres, the near Acres and the Pickhill cntng. 35 acres 1 rood 35 perches, lately purchased from Maria Poole of Leek, spinster, and Sarah Poole of the same, spinster; to hold to the uses of the Settlement of 12. Aug. 1788 (above DDB/C/6 & 7). Cons. £2,105, being the sum raised by sale of part of the settled estates in the Township of HASLINGTON. Parchment.
