Middlesex), spinster. 4) Richard Webb Jupp of Carpenters Hall, city of London, gentleman; whereby 1) grants to 3) an annuity of £124-0-10 chargeable on --- the Manor of HAYWOOD BARNES and appurts. devised by the in part recited will and codicil of Sir Thomas Broughton deceased and by the said codicil directed to be conveyed and settled to the use of the sd. Henry Delves Broughton for life, and 1) on the nomination of 3) demises the sd. premises to 4) for the residue of terms for which the same are held under the several leases for the time being subsisting thereof.
