Stafford and Chester hereinafter described and the Prebend of High Offley; and 1) by direction of 2) demises to 3) for 99 years all the Manors, messuages, lands etc: described in the 2nd schedule annexed to the in part recited Release of 2. Apr. 1836, and also the Manor of CHECKLEY with capital messuage and appurtenances the Manor of CHORLTON with messuages and lands, the Manor of LEA with messuages, farms, lands, iron forge, tenements and hereditaments, the Manor of WALGHERTON with messuages and lands, the Manor of HASLINGTON and capital messuage called Haslington Hall, with messuages, lands and tithes; in trust to secure payment of the sd. annuity. Cons. £2,999.
