Middlesex), gentleman --- whereby 1) grants to 3) one annuity of £176 issuing out of the Manors, messuages and lands hereafter mentioned and 1) by request of 3) releases to 4) --- Manor or Lordship of BROUGHTON, capital messuage of Broughton, with closes (as Schedule 1), Manor or Lordship of DODDINGTON, with capital messuage called Doddington Hall, with messuages, farms, lands and water-corn mill, Manor or Lordship of BATHERTON, Manor of BLACKENHALL and all other manors, messuages etc: described in the 1st Schedule to the Indenture of Release of 2. Apr. 1836, and also the Manor or Lordship of CHECKLEY and all Manors, messuages etc: described in the 2nd Schedule to the Indenture of Release of 2. Apr. 1836, and also the Manor of CHAPEL and HILL CHORLTON (Co. Staff.), and also all other farms, messuages, lands etc: in the 1st Schedule to the Indenture of Release of 2. Apr. 1836, and also a messuage or Inn and farm in CHORLTON called Stableford Inn and Farm and other Farms, messuages etc: in the 2nd. Schedule to the sd. Release and also the Manor or Lordship of HAYWOOD BARNS alias WRYNEHILL alias WRINEHILL alias WRYNEFORD, capital messuage in par. of WYBUNBURY called Randils and messuages, farms etc: referred to in the 3rd Schedule to the sd. Release; in trust to secure payment of the sd. annuity.
