Sir Thomas Broughton and late of Sir Brian Broughton Delves in BLAKENHALL, BRIDGEMERE, BATHERTON, CHECKLEY, CHORLTON, CHURCH COPPENHALL, MONKS COPPENHALL, DODDINGTON, HATHERTON, HUNSTERSON, LEA, ROPE, SHENTON, STAPELEY, WALGHERTON, WESTON, WILLASTON, WOOLSTON WOOD and the Township of WYBUNBURY and all other Manors and premises of the sd. Sir Thomas Broughton in the County of Chester (except AUDLEM, BASFORD, BUERTON, COOL PILATE, HAUGHTON, MINSHULL VERNON, NANTWICH and WISTASTON) and from the Manor or Lordship of HASLINGTON with appurtenances and closes (detailed), capital messuage, farm and tenement in WESTON called Weston Hall Farm and closes (detailed); and the sd. Sir Thomas charges all the sd. Manors and premises with such portions for all and every child of the sd. marriage as specified. Parchment.
