Sir Thomas Broughton and Lady Ann Windsor, the sd. Sir Thomas settles on the sd. Lady Ann and her assigns for life, one annuity of £800 issuing from the Manors of BLAKENHALL, BRIDGEMERE, CHECKLEY, CHORLTON, CHURCH COPPENHALL, DODDINGTON, HUNSTERSON, LEA, ROPE, WALCHERTON and WESTON, with their appurts. and the capital and other messuages and lands now of the sd. Sir Thomas Broughton and late of Sir Brian Broughton Delves in BLAKENHALL, BRIDGEMERE, BATHERTON, CHECKLEY, CHORLTON, CHURCH COPPENHALL, MONKS COPPENHALL, DODDINGTON, HATHERTON, HUNSTERSON, LEA, ROPE, SHENTON, STAPELEY, WALGHERTON, WESTON, WILLASTON, WOOLSTON WOOD and the Township of WYBUNBURY and all other Manors and premises of the sd. Sir Thomas Broughton in the County of Chester (except AUDLEM, BASFORD, BUERTON, COOL PILATE, HAUGHTON, MINSHULL VERNON, NANTWICH and WISTASTON) and from the Manor or Lordship of HASLINGTON with appurtenances and closes (detailed), capital messuage, farm and tenement in WESTON called Weston Hall Farm and closes (detailed); and the sd. Sir Thomas charges all the sd. Manors and premises with such portions for all and every child of the sd. marriage as specified. Parchment.
