TitleSETTLEMENT (draft), between Sir John Delves Broughton of Doddington Park, Bt., and Robert Wheatley Lumley of Carey St., parish of St. Clement Danes (Co. Middlesex), gentleman, whereby the sd. Sir John assigns to the sd. Robert Wheatley Lumley the sum of £1,000 secured to him by (recited) bond of 18. July 1842 and all interest therefrom, in trust to invest the same and pay the interest to the sd. Sir John for life, and after his decease to convey the same to 2 trustees, one of whom to be the incumbent of the vicarage of the parish of Wybunbury and the other to be Rev. Delves Broughton of The Cliff in the said parish, clerk, a nephew of the sd. Sir John, if living, in trust to apply the same in or towards erecting in or upon some part of the ground already appropriated to the chapel of Weston, to be approved by the owner of Doddington Park and by the Bishop of the Diocese, a house with the necessary offices fit for the residence of the officiating clergyman or incumbent for the time being.
