William Green, James Skerratt, James Steele, schoolmaster, and Ralph Henshall, and a close called Brittain's Croft alias the Backside Field in WESTON, now in the occupation of the sd. James Steele, schoolmaster, assigned by (recited) Indenture of 4. June 1784 to the sd. John Sutton for residue of terms of 1,000 years and 500 years; to hold for residue of the sd. terms, in trust to attend the inheritance. Parchment.
