Warwick), Esq., George Parker of the city of Lichfield, Esq. and William Walter Lyon of the Borough of Tamworth, gentleman. 3) John Ellison Poole, heretofore of Snape in Weston, par. Wybumbury, but now of Burslem (Co. Staff.), potter. 4) Rev. Thomas Clare of Atherstone (Co. Warwick), clerk, and James Hinton of Witherly (Co. Warwick), Esq. 5) Rev. Sir Thomas Broughton of Doddington Hall and of Broughton (Co. Staff), Bt. 6) John Forster of Castle St., par. St. Andrew, Holborn, London, gentleman; whereby 1) by direction of 3) and 5) and with consent of 2) and 4) assign to 6) --- the residue of 2 terms of 500 and 1,000 years in a messuage or tenement with appurts, in WESTON called Snape Tenement, in trust for the sd. Thomas Clare and James Hinton, for the better securing to them the payment of £2,300 and interest and subject thereto and after payment thereof in trust for the sd. Sir Thomas Broughton to attend the inheritance. Parchment.
