Property in Staffs. proposed for sale: Manors of CHAPEL and HILL CHARLTON and messuages etc: in CHORLTON, CROXTON, ASHLEY, ASTON, WESTON, BOWERS, SHELTON, PERSHALL, SUGNALL, TUNSTALL, OLD LEA and KEMPSEY, THREE-FARMS, DROYNTON, BAGNALL and BEMERSLEY; the trustees, out of the money arising from such sale are to pay the sum of £46,500 for the absolute purchase of the Manor of HASLINGTON with appurts., and a further sum of £12,000 to the sd. Sir Thomas Broughton in consideration of his giving up the sd. power of making leases for lives, the residue of the money arising from the sale, if any, to be applied in the purchase of other messuages, lands etc: in the County of Chester. SCHEDULE of messuages, lands etc: as to which the sd. Sir Thomas Broughton agrees to relinquish his power of making leases (field names). Printed. Paper.
