TitleDEED OF SETTLEMENT between 1) William Mitford, late of the parish of St. Martin in the Fields (Co. Middlesex), but now of Pits Hill (Co. Sussex), Esq. and Morris Robinson of Lincolns Inn Fields (Co. Middlesex), Esq. 2) Sir Thomas Broughton of Broughton (Co. Staff.), Bt. and Dame Mary his wife, before her intermarriage Mary Wicker, spinster, only child and heir at law of John Wicker, late of Horsham (Co. Sussex), Esq., deceased. 3) Charlotte Wicker of Hertford St., Mayfair (Co. Middlesex), widow and relict of the sd. John Wicker and mother of the sd. Mary 4) George Weller Poley, late George Weller of the Middle Temple, London, Esq. 5) Rev. Robert Hill of Hough, clerk, and Charles Goring of Wiston (Co. Middlesex), Esq.; whereby 1) and 2) release to 5) --- messuages and lands at CHORLTON, TUNSTALL and THREE FARMS (Co. Staff), to the use that the sd. Charlotte Wicker shall enjoy for life out of the sd. premises the annual rent of £600 and to further uses of the Settlement of 1. June 1770. Parchment.
