Sir Thomas Broughton by Dame Mary his late wife deceased, formerly Mary Wicker spinster, daughter and only child of the sd. John Wicker by the sd. Charlotte Wicker. 4) Rev. Robert Hill of Hough, clerk, and Charles Goring of Wiston (Co. Sussex), Esq.; whereby 1) and 2) release their claims to the sum of £12,000 which the late John Wicker had a power to charge on the estates settled for the younger children of Sir Thomas and Dame Mary his late wife.
