Staff.) with the sum of £20 a year for the putting forth of children to apprentice within the Township of CROXON (Co. Staff.) and £20 a year for the augmentation to and for the benefit of the chaplain for the time being of BROUGHTON, as directed by the will of Henry Bennett, formerly of Broughton, gardener, deceased (dated 6. Feb. 1688/9), by way of indemnifying other premises in the Townships of BERSHALL and SUGNALL previously charged with the said payments and now contracted for sale to the sd.
