Mary Scott Jackson, it is agreed that the personal estate and effects of the sd. Mary Scott Jackson shall be assigned to the sd. 3rd party, in trust to take out an insurance of £10,000 on the life of the sd. Sir Thomas Broughton, and to further uses specified. Parchment.
