Bucks), Bt. and John Delves Broughton of Hoole, Esq. 8) sd. James Redit and Rev. John Browne, vicar of Prestbury, clerk; whereby in consideration of the intended marriage between the sd. Essex); assign messuage and lands at/near RYE HILL COMMON, par. LITTLE PARNDON (Co. Essex), and covenant to surrender copyhold lands in par. LITTLE PARRINGTON alias PARNDON (Co. Essex), as security for an annual rent charge of £300 during the life of the sd. John Piggott and the payment of £9,000 upon his decease with interest. Parchment.
