Henry Delves Broughton in case the sd. Mary Pigott happen to survive him, to the intent that the sd. Mary Pigott shall receive an annuity of £350 for the remainder of her jointure - £450 having already been secured on the Manor of CHAPEL and HILL CHORLTON by Lease and Release of even date.
