John Browne, vicar of Prestbury; whereby in consideration of the intended marriage between the sd. Henry Delves Broughton and Mary Pigott, the sd. Sir Thomas Broughton releases to 5) --- capital messuage or tenement with appurts. in WRINEHILL alias WRYNEHILL alias WRYNEFORD, par. Wybunbury, commonly called Randils, and closes belonging; to the use of Sir Thomas Broughton for life of the sd. Henry Delves Broughton and after the decease of the sd. Henry Delves Broughton in case the sd. Mary Pigott happen to survive him, to the intent that the sd. Mary Pigott shall receive an annuity of £350 for the remainder of her jointure - £450 having already been secured on the Manor of CHAPEL and HILL CHORLTON by Lease and Release of even date.
