Sir Thomas Broughton. 3) sd. Edward Delves Broughton; whereby 1) release and discharge estates subject to the charge of £12,000; APPOINTMENT by the sd. Sir Thomas Broughton of 1/3 of the messuage, farm, lands and hereditaments called Badnall Farm in THREE FARMS (Co. Stafford) after his decease to the use of Edward Delves Broughton; and RELEASE by the sd. Sir Thomas Broughton to the sd. Edward Delves Broughton of the sd. 1/3 of Badnall Farm, to hold to the use of the sd. Sir Thomas Broughton for life, by way of restoration of his former estate for life, and after his decease to the use of the sd. Edward Delves Broughton his heirs and assigns for ever. Parchment.
