TitleDEED OF SEPARATION between 1) Sir John Delves Broughton of Doddington Hall, Bt. 2) Dame Eliza Broughton his wife. 3) John Egerton of Oulton Park, Esq. 4) Randle Wilbraham of Rode, Esq.; whereby the sd. Sir John, with the consent of the sd. Dame Elizabeth, grants to the sd. John Egerton, one annual sum or clear yearly rent charge of £3,000 chargeable on --- messuage, tenement and farm in WESTON, par. Wybunbury, called Weston Hall Farm, with closes belonging, messuage, tenement and farm at CHECKLEY, called Checkley Hall Farm and closes belonging, and other messuages etc: there, messuage and farm at LEA HOUGH and DODDINGTON, messuages, tenements and farms at LEA, and messuages, farms and lands at WALGHERTON, for the separate maintenance of the sd. Lady Broughton during the joint lives and separation of her and the sd. Sir John Delves Broughton; and for further securing the sd. annuity to the sd. John Egerton, the sd. Sir John Broughton demises the sd. premises to the sd. Randle Wilbraham for 100 years, chargeable with the sd. annuity.
