Staff.), gentleman, 25. Feb. 1775, subject to a proviso for redemption, and after the expiration of the term of 500 years and meanwhile subject thereto, as to 1 moiety to the use of the sd. Maria Poole, her heirs and assigns, and as to the 2nd moiety, to the use of the sd. Sarah Poole, her heirs and assigns.
