Staff.), spinster. 2) Thomas Parry of Chester, gentleman. 3) Thomas Redfern of Leek aforesaid, gentleman --- messuage or dwelling house with appurts. in WESTON commonly called the Red Lion, with closes in WESTON; such Recovery to be to the use of Samuel Phillips and William Phillips mortgagees of the sd. premises, for residue of term of 500 years created by the will of Thomas Poole of Finney Green (Co. Staff.), gentleman, 25. Feb. 1775, subject to a proviso for redemption, and after the expiration of the term of 500 years and meanwhile subject thereto, as to 1 moiety to the use of the sd. Maria Poole, her heirs and assigns, and as to the 2nd moiety, to the use of the sd. Sarah Poole, her heirs and assigns.
