Description	Die jovis prox.post festum Translationis Sci. Martini Episcopi. Parties: 1. John son of Robert de Hulme, John son of Robert de Marshelond, 2. Robert son of William del Dounes of Shryglegh [Pott Shrigley]. Receipt and acquittance in acknowledgement of payment of 450 marks, a debt due under Indentures made between the parties and repaid at divers times in various years between 25 March 1384 and 7 July 1406. Latin Mark: B. n. 13. ..Cqt pro Downes for money.
Physical Description	Parchment: 1 membrane 10¾" wide by 3½", seal tongue. Seal: Two pendant on one tongue. (1) nearest to doct., green, round, 10mm diam, signet, top chipped off, device an "R" between two sprays; (2) green, octagonal, 12mm diameter, right edge chipped away, device an "S" with "hul" on left of it (right missing).
