John son of John Togod of Shriglegh [Pott Shrigley] and his heirs begotten on Emma daughter of Thomas de Potte. Jurors: Peter de Legh steward for Anne Queen of England and lady of Macclesfeld [Macclesfield], John de Legh, Robert del Dounes, John de Shriglegh, Geoffrey del Dounes, John de Cressewall, William Slegh, Robert Byran, Richard de Kyngeslegh clerk. Pledge for Fine: John Togod. Franked: James de Statham clerk of court (in 1409). Surrender and Admittance (Fine 4s.4d.) into all the lands and tenements of the said Thomas de Potte in the township of Shriglegh [Pott Shrigley]; value 26d. per annum. Latin Mark: y. c. 3. Physical Description	Parchment: 1 membrane 12¼" wide by 4¼", seal tongue and thong. Seal missing from tongue.
