Demise of lease for term of life of Alice lately wife of Robert Dovnes dcsd. father of Robert Dovnes, at £10 silver and customary services, with right of distress for arrears of rent; in messuages, lands, tenements, rents and services with their appurtenances, which John Sauage junior Esq., Reginald Dovnes, Robert Smyth, John Pikkeford, Richard Bruyne, William del Wodde, Richard Leghes, Philip Bruyne, Vivian Starky, John de Hurdesfeld, Thomas del Shere, William de Honford, John de Newall, Robert del Sherde, Thomas Lowe, Richard Lorde, John Grene, John Maykyn', Robert Dalle (or Dawe?), and Reginald Dovnes now hold by term of years or at will, in Vpton' [Upton], Worth, Macclesfelde [Macclesfield], Sutton' [Sutton], and Bolynton' [Bollington], which Peter de Legh' had by grant of Alice late wife of Robert Dovnes now dcsd., father of Robert Dovnes afsd.
