Description	Apud Bolynton. Parties: 1. John Hardgreve son and heir of Richard Hardgreve (alias Hardgreue), 2. John Shrigley of Beristowe [Berristall]. Witnesses: John Sauage senior, John Sauage junior, Robert Legh of Adlyngton [Adlington], Reginald Legh of Mottrom Andrewe [Mottram St. Andrew], Esqs., John Creswall clerk. Quitclaim of all John Hardgreve's right and claim in all the messuages etc., lately held by the said Richard Hardgreue in Bolynton [Bollington] and elsewhere within the forest of Macclesfeld [Macclesfield]. Annexed charter;- No date of time: apud Bolyngton predict'. Charter. Parties: 1. as above, 2. John Shrigley of Berystowe [Berristall]. Witnesses: as above. Feoffment de capitalibus dominis, with Warranty contra omnes gentes, in all those messuages etc., lately held by the said Richard in Bolyngton [Bollington] and elsewhere within the forest of Macclesfeld [Macclesfield]. Physical Description	Parchment: 2 membranes 9½" wide by 3" and (annex.) 9½" wide by 3½". Seal labels bound together in a twist of straw, and have been included in one seal. Seal missing; traces of red wax on both labels show position of common seal.
