Description	Apud Bolyngton' dis martis prox.post festum Assumptionis be. marie virginis arr etc. Parties: 1. Thomas Dovnes and John Dovnes sons of John Dovnes, 2. Geoffrey del Dovnes Gent. their brother. Witnesses: Robert Dovnes senior, Robert Dovnes junior de Wurthe, Thomas Shrigley, William Aynesworth, Nicholas Potte. Feoffment de capitalibus dominis, with Warranty contra omnes gentes; in all party 1's lands etc., in the town of Bolyngton' [Bollington] within the forest of Macclesfeld [Macclesfield], together with a field called Assheinholmes in the said town, which they had by Deed of Feoffment from John Downes their father. Latin Mark: D. b. f. 30. Bolynton.
Physical Description	Parchment: 1 membrane 11½" wide by 4". Seals: Two pendant on labels. (1) parcelled. (2) red, round, 11mm diam, effaced.
