Description	De lune prox post St. Ince. Evangelist. a.r.r. etc. Parties: 1. Richard Wordeley chaplain, Robert Ruddeyort, 2. Geoffrey Downes, Reginald Legh' of Mottrum Andrew [Mottram St. Andrew]. Receipt and acquittance for 10 marks of silver which were to be paid by party 2 under their Bond at the fest of St. Michael Archangel last. Latin Mark: Q. q.9. 15.E.4.
Physical Description	Parchment: 1 membrane 11½" wide by 4½, seal tongue. Seal: Two pendant on one tongue. (1) nearest doct., red, round 10mm diam, device an "I". (2) red, irregular, no device.
