Grant of protection in consequence of a Decree of the Holy Apostolic See to "the said Chapel", with proviso for the excommunication of alienators and distrainers upon the endowment thereof or persons contravening the will of "the said Geoffrey", except at the discretion of the bishop of Couen' et Lich' (Coventry and Lichfield) for the time being; and a Licence for priests to celebrate divine worship in the chapel until it has been formally consecrated.
