Description	Parties: 1. Edmund Sutton son of John Sutton of Sutton iuxta Maclesfeld' [Macclesfield] now there but lately living in London (Londonio) com. Mydd. Gent., 2. Roger Downes of Shrigley [Pott Shrigley] com. Cestr' [Chester] Esq. Signed and sealed: "By me Emunde Sutton'". Bond in 20 marks payable at Easter next by party 1 for his observance and execution of the terms of Indentures of even date between the same parties of Bargain and Sale of one Water mylne with the appurtenances, called Potshrigley [Pott Shrigley] Mylne. Latin and English Mark: Q. c. 22. 2.E.6.
Physical Description	Parchment: 1 membrane 13" wide by 3½". Seal tongue and thong. Seal: A fragment of red wax pendant on tongue.
