Quitclaim of all party 1's right and claim in an estate created appears in "ancient record" dated die martis in quinta Ebdomida quadrigesima a.r.r. 12 Hen VIII - 19 March 1521 - in lands etc., which they lately held together with Richard Sutton son and heir of John Sutton, Sewall Worth of Tydryngton [Tytherington] Esqs, and William Downez priest dcsd, in Poynton' [Poynton], Vpton' [Upton], Tacsall [Taxal], Stocport [Stockport], and Adlyngton' [Adlington], which lands formerly belonged to Roger Downez of Shrigley [Pott Shrigley] grandfather of Roger Downez party to these.
