DescriptionFine (Final Concord) levied in consideration of £40 silver between 1.John Davemport of Henbury and Thomas Stapleton querentes and 2. Roger Downes Esq deforciant, before Robert Touneshend Kt, Justice, in 24 messuages, 400 acres of land, 60 acres of moor*, 200 acres of pasture, 40 acres of wood, 30 acres of meadow* and 13s. 10d. per annum rents, etc., in Poynton, Vpton [Upton], Taksall [Taxal], Stockport, Torkynton [Torkington], Adlington, and Bredbury.

Subscribed: Cestr' [Chester]. Endorsed: Delib'at per proclam' scdm formam statuti.
