Latin Mark: Q.z.f.30 5.E.6. An annuity to Robart/Warde alias Downes.
Physical Description	Parchment: 1 membrane 11½" wide by 9½". Seal: Pendant on label, red, round, chipped at edges, device a stag couchant.
