Covenant by Roger Downes to Levy a Fine at the next Great General Sessions for Common Pleas to be held at Chestr' [Chester] before the Justice of Chestr' [Chester] to create an estate to use of Roger Downes in lands held by his mother whereof he has the reversion viz;- 3 messuages or tenements, 6 gardens, 60 acres of land, 10 acres of meadow, 5 acres of pasture, 5 acres of wood, 20 acres of heath, 40 acres of moor, 6 acres of turf, in Worth, Poynton, and Adlyngton [Adlington], co. Chester now or late occupied by Roger Rixton, George Wood, and Peter Skelhorne, held for life by Elizabeth Downes widow the natural mother of the said Roger Downes.
