Physical DescriptionParchment: 1 membrane 7" wide by 2¼", seal tongue, and thong (torn off), joined left. Characteristic form of letter close although the diplomatic of letter patent - " in cuius rei testimonium has litteras meas adquietancie sigillo meo signatas eidem Willelmo fieri feci patentes". Seal pendant on a a tongue, fragment, effaced, green and white, about 20mm diam.
