Roger Downes 2. Thomas Stanley of Aulderley [Alderley] in the afsd county Esq to uses specified or to be limited by Roger Downes in his further deed for the preferment of his children: Roger Downes assigns to the preferment and marriage of Roger's three daughters Frances, Dorothy and Margaret, for term of 200 years, the rents and issues of the mansion house and demesne of Worthe [Worth] and a watermill, occupied by Roger Downes or Elizabeth Downes his mother, value £8. 0. 0. per annum, and several messuages and tenements occupied by John Blackshall value 20s., [Lawrence] Ralph Woode 21s.4d., Henry Woode 24s.4d., Richard Rixon 26s.8d., Edward Hale 13s.4d., Peter Skelhorne 21s.10d., George Woode 13s.4d., a watermill in Shrigley [Pott Shrigley] commonly called Pott Myll held by Roger Downes value 8s.4d., several messuages occupied by Philip Warde value 8s., Christopher Greves 16s., Arthur Worthe 9s.4d., one called Whytefylde occupied by Edward Hollinshedde value £5.13.8. per annum, others occupied by Thomas Stepulton value 50s., Christopher Downes 24s., Richard Jepsone 25s., Reginald Turner 13s.4d., Robert Cleatone 6s.8d., John Red-ferne 3s.4d., Thomas Redferne 2s.6d., all situate in Worthe [Worth], Poynton, Adlington, Taxall [Taxal], Vpton [Upton], county of Chester, and being parcel of the lands etc conveyed in the afsd Fine.
