Exchange of lands with mutual Warranty: a place of land called le Bircheneflattes which lies in the north part of the lands and tenements in Vptone [Upton] superior which Jordan granted and demised to Hugh, exchanged for le Firr'cr(o)oslondes which lie to the north; and Jordan grants to Hugh a piece of land on Le Marlputes of the sd. Hugh the head of which lies to the north and the other part to the west, and another piece near Le Marlput of the sd. Hugh of which the head lies to the east and the other part to the west, in exchange for a certain place of land lying near le Coldewalle of which the head extends towards the east and the other part to the east.
