Witnesses of sealing and delivery: Edward Warren, John Thomas, Samuel........, John Warren. Release in perpetuity of an estate held for term of life by John Downes viz;- An annuity of 26s. 8d. issueing from two messuages in the townships of Poynton' [Poynton] and Adlington now occupied by Edward Hall and Richard Gepson of Poynton husbandmen.
