Bargain and Sale in consideration of £240, with quitclaim by John Downes to party 2, of pastures, lands, tenements and hereditaments with appurtenances, called Whitfeild lying in Vpton [Upton] countie of Chester, together with all other lands etc which belonged to Lawrence Downes Esq dcsd father of the sd Roger, and the rents and reversions thereof in Vpton [Upton] afsd, and all the deeds and evidences which only concern the same.
