Exchange for term of 1,000 years of lands of Roger Downes viz;- a close called the Paled Field in Poynton and another in Poynton called Wardes Meadow and a parcel of land lately part of a close called Ryddinges in Poynton which three closes are now "included with pale" and are part of the park of Edward Warren and now held by Edward Warren on lease for 1,000 years; for a close called Ould merled Earth in Poynton lately part of the tenement of Peter Browne dcsd and a parcel of land in Poynton called Lyttle Wheate Croft lately occupied by Richard Woodd dcsd and a parcel of land occupied by Robert Ward lying in Poynton, which belong to Edward Warren. Provisos: Right of way through the Ryddinges, the Held, and Robert Wardes ground and other lands against the pale-side of Edward Warrens park at Poynton; certain changes in the pale; and the maintenance of a hedge at Ould marled earth in George Browne's tenement.
