Crown lease of one-third of one-quarter of half the capital messuage house or hall of Butley and one-third of one-quarter of half the lands and tenements belonging to it in the county of Cheshere and one-third of one-quarter of a messuage in Butley lately purchased from Sir Brian Leighe Kt and one-third of a parcel of moor or waste enclosed from the waste of Butley (part of the estate of a minor); made by Decree of the Court of Wards and Liveries for term of the minority of John son and heir of John Davenporte dcsd county of Cestre, as from the date of his death 14 February last, at 9s.10d. per annum.

Endorsed: certificate of presentation before the Auditors of the Court of Wards and Liveries in Trinity Term xiiii Jas., 1616.
