Agreement by party 2 to abide by a valuation and survey to be made by party 1 of all such lordships, manors, lands, tenements, rents, reversions, services and other hereditaments with their appurtenances which descended to Richard Stevenson as son and heir of George Stevenson dcsd which are claimed in an Indenture hereto annexed (missing) of which Indenture party 1 acknowledges receipt, and which lands etc the King intends to grant in general livery to party 2 as his inheritance by right of descent from his father George dcsd.
