Covenant to create an estate in trust as jointure and settlement for Margaret wife of Lawrence Downes daughter of Robert Dokenfeild, and for William and Richard first and second sons of Lawrence and Margaret. Lawrence Downes covenant to convey before Pentecost next the capital messuage called Worth or the Hall of Worth situate in Worth and Poynton county of Chester and all the properties and rights appurtenant in Worth and Poynton, to Sir Peter Leigh of Lyme co. Chester Kt, Hamnett Hyde of Northbury co. Chester Esq, Roger Downes of Wordley co. Lanc Esq, John Davenport Gent son and heir of William Davenport of Wydford Esq in trust, to uses viz;- in the capital messuage of Worth or the Hall of Worth the kitchen, the buttery, the Dayhouse, the Brewhouse, the larder, the chambers over them, half the outhousing, half the yards, folds, and gardens, also fields called the Three Walkers-fields the Castle-Feilds, the Litle casbarne, the hye-Feild, the Marled-Earth, the lower worth, the Heald, the gorstiffeilde, the Ryecrofte, the Kilnecrofte and the Ryddings, to the use of Lawrence and Margaret for life as dower and jointure then of William and his issue then of Richard and his issue then of any other sons of Lawrence and their issue then of the heirs of the body of Lawrence and then of his right heirs' and the residue of the afsd lands etc to the use of Lawrence Downes for life then of William and his issue then of Richard and his issue then of any other sons of Lawrence and then of the heirs of the body of Lawrence then of his right heirs.
