Chester within the afsd Manor and Forest occupied by Richard Birron of Sutton afsd husbandman which he has by Surrender in the afsd Manor and Forest date 2 Jas I (March 1604 - March 1605) to Richard Birron for 80 years or life of Anne wife of Richard or Hugh his son or Isabell his daughter at 20s.per annum, and a messuage and tenement in Sutton by Macclesfeld [Macclesfield] afsd occupied by Thomas Greene of Sutton afsd husbandman which he has by Surrender in the afsd Manor and Forest 14 Jas I (March 1616 - March 1617) to Thomas Greene for term of lives of Thomas, and Thomas his son, and Thomas Hegenbothome son of Hugh Hegenbothome of Macclesfeld [Macclesfield] at 26s. 8d.per annum.
